Paancho’n Namazo’n Ke Baad Dahina (Right) Haat Sar Par Rakh Kar 11 Martaba “Ya Kawiyyu” Padhein In Sha Allah hafiza Kawi Hoga.

3> Har Namaz Ke Baad “Aamantu Billahi Walwahadil Ahaadil Haqqi Wahadahu La Sharikalahu Wakafartu Bima Siwaahu” Ye Wazifa Padhna Chahiye.

4> Yaad’dasht Me Behtari Ke Liye 41 Din Tak Rozana 21 Martaba “Ya Alimu”  paani Me Padhkar Nihaar Mu’nh Piye In Sha Allah Hafiza Roushan Ho Jayega.

5> Agar Kuch Padhna Hoto “Rabbishrahali Sadri Wa Yassirli Amri Wahalul Ukhdatam Mil’lisaani Yafkhahu Qhawli” Iss Aayat-E-Mubarak Ko Padhne Se Pehle Wird Karlein.

6> “Sallu Alal Habeeb! Sallallahu Ta’ala Mohammad” Har Roz Magrib Aur Isha Ke Darmiyaan Ye Durood Shareef Padhe! In Sha Allah Hafiza Kawi Hojayega!

4> Kaddu Shareef Khana.

5> Kishmish Aur Badam Ko Bhigokar Subah 21 Din Tak Doodh Ke Saath Chabakar Khaana. Jisse Sar Dard Ko Kam Aur Hafize Ko Badhaata Hai.

6> Pista Dil O Dimaagh Ko Kuwwat Baksh’ta Hai. Badan Ko Mota Aur Gurde Ki Kamzoori Ko Dur Karta Hai. Zehen Aur Hafiza Mazboot Karta Hai.

7> Kaju Jism Ko Ghizayiyyat Aur Dimaagh Ko Taaqat, Badan Ko Mota, Nihaar Mu’nh Sehed (honey) Ke Saath Kaju Khaana Bhoolne Ki Bimari Ko Dur Karta Hai.

6> Moongfali Apne Fawaaid Mein Kaju Aur Akhroat Waghaira Se Kam Nahi Hai. Lihaaza Agar Kaju Dastyaab Na Ho Toh Moongfali Ke Zariye Bhi Inn Fawaaid Ko Haasil Kiya Jaa Sakta Hai.
